The Whistler Splash offers the “ALL INCLUSIVE” Hot Tub Service Package. This service guarantees a clean and comfortable hot tub, for you and your guests to enjoy. The all inclusive package helps you control costs by having ONE monthly maintenance fee.

Weekly Service Package

$129.00/month, plus taxes

The Weekly Service Package is recommended for hot tubs being used 3 out of 4 weekends a month. This package maintains excellent water quality for owners and guests, combined with the necessary equipment maintenance for the longevity of the hot tub.
This package includes the following:

  • Hot tub is visited on a scheduled day, weekly
  • All chemicals are INCLUDED, no chemicals are stored at the site.
  • All equipment needed to service hot tub is provided by Whistler Splash
  • Filter cleaning is included once per month.
  • Complete water quality testing and chemical balancing
  • Inspection of water temperature and level
  • Inspection of spa pak including pump, heater and filter components for leaks or malfunctions.
  • Checks to ensure all jets and air controls are functioning
  • Hot tub vacuum and surface cleaning
  • Hot tub cover cleaning and treatments
  • Shoveling of snow from cover and hot tub steps during visit
  • Two regularly scheduled water changes, spring and fall
  • A Service Technician is on-call 365 days a year to handle any troubles with your hot tub
  • On‐site log documents visits to the property

Receive only one maintenance invoice for each quarter of the year.

Bi-Weekly Service Package

$89.00/month, plus taxes

The Bi-Weekly Service Package is recommended for non-residents or for hot tubs being used only occasionally throughout the month. This package maintains excellent water quality while providing the minimum equipment maintenance for the longevity of the hot tub.
This package includes the following:

  • Hot tub is visited on a scheduled day, every two weeks
  • All chemicals are INCLUDED, no chemicals are stored at the site.
  • All equipment needed to service hot tub is provided by Whistler Splash
  • Filter cleaning is included once per month.
  • Complete water quality testing and chemical balancing
  • Inspection of water temperature and level
  • Inspection of spa pak including pump, heater and filter components for leaks or malfunctions

  • Hot tub vacuum and surface cleaning
  • Hot tub cover cleaning and treatments

$129.00/month, plus taxes (Dec – April)

$89.00/month, plus taxes (May – November)


The Weekly LS Service Package is recommended for hot tubs being used 3 out of 4 weekends a month winter, then occasionally for the rest of the year. This package maintains excellent water quality for owners and guests, combined with the necessary equipment maintenance.
This package includes the following:

  • Hot tub is visited on a scheduled day, weekly December thru April, then every second week May thru November
  • All chemicals are INCLUDED, no chemicals are stored at the site.
  • All equipment needed to service hot tub is provided by Whistler Splash
  • Filter cleaning is included once per month.
  • Complete water quality testing and chemical balancing
  • Inspection of water temperature and level
  • Inspection of spa pak including pump, heater and filter components for leaks or malfunctions
  • Checks to ensure all jets and air controls are functioning
  • Hot tub vacuum and surface cleaning
  • Hot tub cover cleaning and treatments
  • Shoveling of snow from cover and hot tub steps during visit

Additional Fees

These fees are applicable on all hot tub  service packages and are as follows:

  • Repairs due to equipment malfunction are billed at $90.00/hour.
  • Water changes due to heavy use or guest abuse are billed at $125.00/hour.
  • Extra owner requested water changes are billed at $125.00/hour
  • Extra owner requested service visits billed at $40.00 per visit.
  • Call Out for minor problems like high limits or low water $30.00/visit
  • Replacement Filter Cartridges, Floating Brominators, Thermometers are extra.
